Update: System 2.0.2.0 | RTOS 1.9.0.0

RTOS AND SYSTEM:

1. Fixed performance problem of the LCN driver. This bug caused issues with reading the LCN installation using LCN-Pro and Base as a gateway. It also caused delays in execution of commands sent to LCN bus.

CONFIGURATOR:

1. Fixed pasting of controls to the Section element in the Remote tab.
2. Fixed initial values in the Value component in the Remote tab.
